Halloween has turned into quite the event on my channel. I stared a couple years ago with my wizard of Oz series. Last year I decided to try to make as many princesses out of tutu dresses on a budget.

I also have made most of these costumes without sewing anything! I hope you are inspired and can't wait to show you all the photos coming from this year!

Character Buddies:
Classic Characters are super fun to dress up as with friends! We used some of the colors from lots of different characters to create tutu dresses.

My living room was FULL of TUTU dresses after this series but man was it worth it? The girls who helped with this project were so adorable! I loved how all of them turned out.

WIZARD OF OZ:

The Wizard of Oz series is what kicked off my Halloween fun on my channel. My little cousin Rocked playing Dorothy and the rest of the kids were amazing too! Landice's lion make-up took about an hour but it turned out awesome! Kuddos to Laurissa Brown for the make-up on this series!

VILLIANS:
The villians have been something I have always wanted to do. This year we planned to do costumes only using Thrift store items. I think they turned out pretty awesome if you ask me!

THRIFT STORE COSTUMES:

Here are some more characters to inspire you for costume making. Some costumes we through together with items we had, and others we pieced together from the thrift store. Either way, they were cheap and fun!
ALICE MEETS HALLOWEEN:
We got a little silly with this series. I have always wanted to put a fun twist on Alice in wonderland. I love that Tim Burton has done both of these films, so I thought combining them would be super cute. Cassandra was amazing as the Mad Hatter and all the kids were so much fun on this shoot!
